My name is Rebecca Moles, and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and the founder of SHV Counseling, LLC — where SHV stands for Seen, Heard, and Valued.

I chose that name intentionally, because I believe at our core, every one of us wants to feel seen, heard, and valued by the people around us. But just as importantly, we need to learn to see, hear, and value ourselves. My goal is to help support both sides of that journey.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults both in-person in the Dayton/Centerville area and virtually throughout Ohio. Whether you're navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply trying to better understand yourself, I'm here to walk alongside you in a space that feels safe, supportive, and judgment-free.
